7% of U.S. cars have GPS navigation

An article on Automotive Business Review Online stated the following figures today:

  • 7% of cars in the U.S. have a navigation system.
  • 13% of cars in Europe have one.

I knew Europe was ahead of the U.S., but I thought the spread was higher. Interesting numbers from a rapidly growing industry.
