A couple of weeks ago, I posted about the earlier than normal change to daylight savings time (DST) and how it might affect your GPS. It turns out that Garmin has been releasing DST patches fast and furious this week. These most recent releases include the nuvi 660, StreetPilot c300 series and i-series, and the 60/76 x-series.  Garmin’s support pages list the latest firmware for your GPS receiver. You can also download and install their  WebUpdater for a more automated process.

Daylight Saving Time, no ‘s’ on saving!

    Aargh! Guilty as charged.
Hmm, what if I were to put some daylight in the bank, in my savings account? Sure would come in handy next winter.
