When word leaked out this week about the TomTom DUO, I decided to keep my powder dry. After all, it does look a lot like the Eclipse, and I’m still not convinced that it’s anything all that different (see images below). But now another new unit is rumored, the TomTom ONE XL which, as you might guess from the name, sports a wide screen.
So here’s the nearly obligatory rumor post. I’ll give you the real news as soon as it’s available, probably in about two weeks. In the meantime, compare these two images and see how much difference you can discern between the DUO and the Eclipse.
