Giving us a peek at popular units this holiday shopping season, listed below are the top 10 sport / handheld and top ten auto GPS receivers for November.
The Garmin nuvi 650 vaulted into the number one auto GPS spot, showing a lot of search interest due to some $300 deals, which may yet reappear before the holidays are over. To keep an eye out for such bargains, subscribe to GPS Tracklog (see right sidebar) or watch here for holiday deals.
On the less volatile handheld side, the only change was the DeLorme PN-20 moving up to the number six spot.
As usual, the rankings are based on the number of times the units’ reviews have been read here on GPS Tracklog, which seems to be a pretty good indicator of the overall GPS market. Newer reviews often don’t crack the top ten, due to their showing up later in the month (the nuvi 750 barely missed this month), so I’ve appended a list of new GPS reviews for November to the end of this post.
