		<description>Portland, OR is divided into quadrants (NW, NE, SW, and SE) and the streets all have their quadrant prefixed to the name (SW 15th, NW Flanders, etc.) I find it works well (at least on a Streetpilot i2) to leave out the NW/SW/SE/NE on the streets. Just enter, say, &quot;45th&quot; and it will give you the option for all the appropriate ones.</description>
