My unit sustained damage that I felt Magellan was partially responsible for. They said they wanted to keep me as a customer, and offered a replacement unit. I found the same unit at Amazon for $40 less. They declined to lower their offer. I wrote to a VP, but never got a response, not even a polite "sorry your unit etc".
