Voice command Garmin nuvi 880 on sale

UPDATE: Originally slated to go off sale Septmeber 18, I’m leaving this post up since, here it is the 19th and the price has declined even more, to $699.95.

Amazon has the voice command, top of the line, Garmin nuvi 880 on sale for $729.91 for the next two weeks. As far as I can tell, this is at least $100 lower than any price they’ve offered before. I got to review the Garmin nuvi 880 a few months ago and found it to be the best voice command system I’ve tried on any GPS. I think the $1,000 price tag is the only thing that has kept this unit from becoming more popular, so it’s nice to see it drop a little lower.


This deal expires September 18.

    I have heard really good things about this GPS system. One person who I talked to said that the voice command can be tricky at first, but once you get used to it, it works wonderfully. Now that it’s on sale, maybe I’ll pick one up for myself. Thanks for the heads up!
