Just bought the NS-CNV10
Paid 199.00 at Best Buy
It is ok, it would never be worth 399.00
The feature that allows you to use google maps from your personal computer and then send the directions to the gps, works less than 20 percent of the time. I took my first one back today because of this, and now the second one is doing the same thing. Ireceive the e-mail to the gps, but it says "no such address", etc., or various error messages. However the directions are clear on my pc computer screen, and I am using very simple real addresses. I have e-mailed approx. 30 google driving directions to this gps, and although I received all 30 of the e-mails, only 4 of the 30 were able to calculate the address. I called tech services at insignia. Barely spoke English, difficult to understand, no help there. I used it locally to navigate and it was very accurate.
