I took my first one back today because of this, and now the second one is doing the same thing. Ireceive the e-mail to the gps, but it says "no such address", etc., or various error messages. However the directions are clear on my pc computer screen, and I am using very simple real addresses. I have e-mailed approx. 30 google driving directions to this gps, and although I received all 30 of the e-mails, only 4 of the 30 were able to calculate the address. I called tech services at insignia. Barely spoke English, difficult to understand, no help there. I used it locally to navigate and it was very accurate. Just bought the NS-CNV10
