Thanks for your prompt reply.

I have already checked the fuse in the auto plug. The fuse is good.

As for the replacement cord that you recommended, it doesn’t have the FM antenna in the wire for receiving traffic reports.

First of all, there’s a fuse in the tip. Check it. There’s more info in the manual (PDF).

The problem we see with third-party chargers is that the device goes into mass storage mode with many of them. This is probably available cheaper from various online stores…
