For the small $20 difference there's no reason to consider the 530 IMO. I had assumed these new NA models (not announced for Europe BTW) would be using TT's new navcore 9 software. Apparently not. That may turn out to be a good thing tho, as early indications are that TomTom's new interface, scheduled to roll out with the recently announced x50 series, is not being well-received by those who got an early peek.
