The Garmin nüvi 1450 is a relatively high-end unit in the 1xxx series line up, offering a luxurious five-inch screen and advanced features such as multi-destination routing, lane assist and junction view.

Garmin nuvi 1450 stealth introduction

UPDATE: I’ve posted a Garmin nuvi 1450 page with links to hands-on reviews.
Looks like the pre-holiday GPS releases aren’t over yet. Garmin has “soft-launched” the nuvi 1450, with little fanfare and no news release. It’s basically a little sibling to the 1490T that I reviewed a few months ago, complete with the luxurious 5” screen, but missing the Bluetooth and live traffic features. Expect to see the nuvi 1450 hit store shelves later this month, at an MSRP of $499.99.
