Garmin nuvi 1490T among the discontinued
Garmin has discontinued much of their popular nuvi 1xxx line ahead of the holidays. Introduced in March 2009, these units were getting quite dated. All 5″ models survived the cut except for the 1490T. Similarly, all LMT units survived save the 1300LMT. Their strategy here appears to be keeping the top sellers
offers a 5” wide screen and multi-destination routing, features not found on any of the nuvi 12xx or 13xx models.
