UPDATE: Read my hands on review of the Magellan Roadmate 3065

Magellan has quietly rolled out ten new RoadMate navigators, including some models bundled with one-time or lifetime map updates. A few are already available at Amazon. Magellan has been steadily improving their interface with recent models, so I’m looking forward to testing at least one of these and reporting back here with a full review.

  • Magellan RoadMate 5045 – 5” screen, lifetime traffic (Amazon)
  • Magellan RoadMate 3065 – 4.7” screen, includes Traffic Wakeup feature, Bluetooth (Amazon)
  • Magellan RoadMate 3055 – 4.7” screen, lifetime traffic, Bluetooth (Amazon)
  • Magellan RoadMate 3045-LM – 4.7” screen, lifetime map updates, lifetime traffic
  • Magellan RoadMate 3045-MU – 4.7” screen, one free map update, lifetime traffic
  • Magellan RoadMate 3045 – 4.7” screen, lifetime traffic
  • Magellan RoadMate 2045 – 4.3” screen, lifetime traffic (Amazon)
  • Magellan RoadMate 2036-MU – 4.3” screen, one free map update, lifetime traffic
  • Magellan RoadMate 2036 – 4.3” screen, lifetime traffic
  • Magellan RoadMate 2035 – 4.3” screen, lifetime traffic (contiguous US, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only) (Amazon)

I’m expecting a news release soon on these new models, and will append it here, along with any other details as soon as they become available.
