GPS City is one of the oldest online GPS resellers and the Canadian company offers a pretty wide range of GPS units from Garmin, Magellan and others. Its deals on GPS units are pretty fantastic and you can find anything from auto to outdoor handhelds, golf, fitness and marine GPS units on the online store.
Recently, GPS City announced that it has added a new way for customers to take advantage of its excellent sales. Effective immediately, customers can now check out using PayPal instead of entering card information directly to GPS City. This might not sound like much, but the extra level of protection for payments in addition to the pretty sweet sales is a pretty big deal for this company and for those of you who have been a little leery of the site in the past.
And, to make it even better, GPS City has a number of deals going on right now that time perfectly with the more secure PayPal option:
- Garmin Forerunner 10 (overhauled) – $59.95 (reg. $129.99)
- Garmin Rino 650 – $409.95 (reg. $499.99)
- Garmin Approach S3 (overhauled) – $134.95 (reg. $249.99)
- Garmin Nuvi 2597LMT (overhauled) – $109.95 (reg. $199.99)
- Garmin Nuvi 2598LMTHD (overhauled) – $119.95 (reg. $319.99)
As always, GPS City offers free shipping on all orders of $25 or more. There are also plenty of other sales and discounts that I wasn’t able to list on here. You can read more about GPS City or take a look at the inventory on the GPS City website.
I recently checked my Wells Fargo bank statement and on 5/2/2017 it shows the following -PayPal E-check GPS City Dmitriy Bobrov in the amount of 549.99. I have no knowledge what this is about and did not authorize any Pay Pal transaction. I have reported/disputed this transaction but just wante to see if you have any knowledge as to how this came about. Thank you in advance for your help
