More free topo maps for Garmin receivers

UPDATE: I’ve posted a more comprehensive set of resources for free topo maps for Garmin GPS receivers.
The list of states for which there are free high-resolution, Garmin-compatible topo maps continues to expand. The following are currently available:
- Arizona
- Colorado (sample image above left)
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Mississippi
- Montana
- New Mexico
- Utah
- Wyoming (sample image above right)
These maps should work on any nuvi or mapping handheld made by Garmin. Installation instructions are given on each of the above pages.

i just got a garmin 60csx for my 57 birthday…im stoked about using it on our hikes in the gifford pinchot national forest in wa state but was dismayed at the low res maps available on google maps….can you work up a map of this area?
