Hello GPS Tracklog Readers

1644539553_e6e715e3cd_z

If you haven’t had the chance go take a look at Rich’s post from earlier today about changes. I wanted to take a few minutes and introduce myself, and get a chance to get some feedback from everyone.

Update: We have a new writer for the GPS Tracklog: Her name is Liz Ellis, so please give her a warm welcome. She is very enthusiastic and will be doing most of the writing and managing for the site in the meantime. Thanks for your support, and hopefully the site will continue to get better and better.

My name is Matt Cook, and the attached picture is from my hometown Springfield, MO. My office is on route 66, and I love to drive. One thing I don’t do well is write, which I’m sure you will be able to tell from this post. I’m in the travel business and so I get the chance to travel alot mainly in the USA. I will be having someone take over the writing soon. I’m more of a tech, if you can’t tell I have already decreased the load time of the blog by about half, and have a few more things to do. Hopefully it loads quicker for you now, and is easier to use.

I personally use a tom-tom GPS, not sure of the model number, but I consider is a marriage saver for sure. With it I no longer have to stop and pretend to ask for directions.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to leave a comment with suggestions for the blog.

Matt
